Welcome
Hello! My name is Alex, and I am a Game Producer - finding purpose in helping teams to realise their creative vision and making their dream games possible, through building and nurturing environments that motivate developers to produce their best work.
In 2024, I started a 13-month placement as Producer Intern at Criterion Games (EA), where I helped to lead the live service of Need for Speed Unbound, resulting in a positive turnaround in player reception. I also coordinated playtesting initiatives and produced Missions & Cinematics for the best-selling game of 2025 - Battlefield 6.
Since completing university with a first-class degree in game production, I am now searching for entry-level Producer roles, so I can continue developing great games within talented teams that truly embody a people-first mindset to development.

Testimonials
“I worked closely with Alex during the ‘Kaizen’ phase of post-launch support on Need For Speed Unbound. He showed great enthusiasm and understanding for the game we were making, and (considering he was an intern!!) a remarkable maturity and ability. He was an extremely valued member of the team who always offered great feedback, and contributed many thoughtful ideas which showed understanding and respect for the franchise and our players.
He has been a pleasure to work with, and I would easily recommend him to anyone reviewing his applications.”
James Witcomb, Design Director at Criterion Games, EA (Electronic Arts)
“Alex has been a Bethesda Community Volunteer Ambassador since the very start at QuakeCon Europe 2019; his passion and help there, alongside the Autumn Social Event and more, has been greatly appreciated. He is enthusiastic in his role, very approachable and knowledgeable, and is driven in his passion for the industry. Best wishes and thank you, Alex!”

"Having taught Alex on several university modules, they have demonstrated exceptional skills and passion for game production. Their ability to grasp design & production concepts are clearly coupled with a keen interest in the gaming industry. Aspiring to become a game producer, Alex has actively sought out opportunities to successfully lead teams on projects by exhibiting effective communication skills, ensuring that team members were aligned with project goals and deadlines, and is always willing to push their knowledge further on production pipelines. I can’t wait to see what future unfolds for them!"
